By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jeetazz website or its associated services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using jeetazz and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and jeetazz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the website, games, sportsbook, and any related services. No verbal representations, prior agreements, or informal communications shall supersede or vary these terms.

jeetazz reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. One Account Per Player

jeetazz may at any time request identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is designed to protect both the platform and its players. Documents that may be requested include:

Deposit Conditions

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. If you accept a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the existing bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

VIP tier status is determined by the volume and consistency of a player's wagering activity. jeetazz reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward structures, and programme rules at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through jeetazz, covering both the sportsbook (cricket, water polo, and other sports) and the casino (live tables, slots, crash games, and instant-win titles).

General Wagering Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. jeetazz does not permit cancellation of placed bets except in specific circumstances — for example, if a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or if a technical error is demonstrated to have affected the outcome of a bet.
• Bets can only be placed using real-money funds or active eligible bonus funds held in your jeetazz account balance. Credit wagering is not available.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted by jeetazz at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual patterns are detected.

Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Sports

• Live in-play bets on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to a brief delay between the real-world event and odds updates on the jeetazz platform. jeetazz will not be held responsible for bets placed during any such delay period.
• In the event that a cricket match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather, pitch conditions, or other causes, bets will be settled in accordance with the official Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.
• For all sports markets, the official result of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) is the final authority for settlement purposes.

Casino Games — Fairness & RNG

• All casino games available on jeetazz — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jeetazz. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using jeetazz to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer transactions in a manner consistent with money laundering, is strictly forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated live-bet manipulation, or sharing of privileged insider information on sporting events — is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, bKash, or Nagad account in bad faith — that is, after receiving real-money winnings from a bet or game played using the disputed deposit — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit any aspect of the jeetazz platform is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse of Technical Errors: Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets that you know or reasonably suspect to be incorrectly priced or structured is prohibited. You must report any suspected errors to support@jeetazz immediately.
• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one registered account on jeetazz for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion or claiming duplicate welcome bonuses, is prohibited.
• Underage Access: Knowingly facilitating access to jeetazz for any person under the age of 18 — including sharing account credentials — is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

jeetazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming framework
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer, subject to applicable dormant account procedures
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact jeetazz support at support@jeetazz with a clear written request. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and no investigations are pending. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetazz will contact the account holder at their registered email address before implementing any dormant account procedure. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and returned upon verified request by the account holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetazz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jeetazz's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetazz does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. jeetazz will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on jeetazz — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jeetazz or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jeetazz content without express written permission.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
